Jeremy Bernstein - Managing Director / Co-Creator

Jeremy Bernstein is an MBA graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business with a focus in marketing and creative-industry management. Prior to USC Jeremy worked in marketing, animation and the non-profit sector helping people with special needs. Jeremy has held many varied titles including Art Director, Copywriter, Program Director and Account Executive. He regularly exercises both his right and left hemispheres, tackling problems from both creative and critical perspectives. Jeremy created Social Clues with his wife Karen both as a teaching tool for busy parents and an engaging video game for its intended players. As the Managing Director, Jeremy oversees every element of the game’s production, from milestones to features to functionality to art. Karen Okrent M.S. CCC-SLP - Lead Therapist / Co-Creator

Karen Okrent is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Karen has experience treating children and adults exhibiting a wide range of disabilities including expressive and receptive language delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, apraxia of speech, ADHD, auditory processing, swallowing and TBI. Karen has experience in clinical and private practice settings and currently enjoys working with children and adolescents in the school setting. Karen created Social Clues with her husband Jeremy as an interactive teaching tool that could complement traditional therapy and offer the fun and engaging features of popular video games as a motivator for children needing additional emphasis on social skills.
